Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. If you are not satisfied with your order simply return it to us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we will gladly accept it for a refund or exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned products received within 30 days of the original delivery date. To return an item, simply send an email to support@outdoordonkey.com with the order number and reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and an RMA number. You will be responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number. We will process your return or exchange within 5 days of receipt (Monday through Friday). Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that the initial shipping fee (the original cost of shipping the order to you) will not be refunded. Returned items that show signs of use or items delivered to us after the 30-day return window will not be accepted. All Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to us. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned items to us. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
